The Brightflag ebilling tool is easy to use and has a "customer first" philosophy, which comes through in every aspect. Every person working at Brightflag continuously seeks feedback and incorporates it into their product.

Brightflag has the best customer service. Whenever I'm in a pinch, I have reached out to our Customer Success Manager and Brightflag Support. They answer quickly, are always willing to help, and check-in on a monthly basis if any assistance is needed.

On the positive side, Brightflag’s AI-driven invoice review is one of its standout features. It can automatically flag billing discrepancies and enforce outside counsel guidelines, saving time and reducing manual review. They are now releasing AI review tools for the end user to allow for review across invoices, which is very exciting. This feature solves the issue of reviewing work that spans multiple months directly from with the system. The reporting dashboards are also useful, offering insights into legal spend trends and vendor performance. The interface is relatively clean, and onboarding basic workflows is fairly straightforward.
