Brightflag is a practical, efficient and user-friendly platform that helps legal teams manage billing and legal spend more effectively. I particularly value its data extraction and accrual tools, which improve accuracy, provide greater visibility over spend, and make the overall process easier to manage.

Ease of implementation and user interface for reviewing/approving invoices

Brightflag is easy to use, and eliminates all the manual tracking I used to do. Moreover, I can handle all the administrative tasks myself, without having to rely on my IT team or Brightflag support. Update: I have had very little trouble with the platform over the past year, which has operated smoothly and efficiently. When I do need support, my customer success manager gets me what I need. In the coming months, I look forward to working with MCP integration for faster insights and the ability to further leverage AI analysis.
