I like the Scenario Builder and the templates because they help me reach the right audience by using different nodes, conditions, and segmentation nodes for different channels. I particularly appreciate the ability to use various marketing tools such as WhatsApp, RCS, emails, push, and in-app messages. The multitude of options and features available with Bloomreach is impressive, including the recommendation functions that offer better use of different marketing channels in a scenario. Additionally, I find the CDP and the support from the support team helpful, which made the initial challenges in setting up Bloomreach more manageable.
