What I like best about Bloomerang Volunteer is how easy it makes managing volunteers alongside our donor data. Volunteer sign-ups, shifts, and hours are tracked in one place, so we spend less time on spreadsheets and manual entry. The interface is clean and intuitive for both staff and volunteers, and because it connects with Bloomerang's CRM, we get a fuller picture of everyone who supports our mission. Reporting on volunteer hours is straightforward, which helps with grant reporting and recognizing our volunteers.

Our team has really loved using Bloomerang so far. We especially appreciate that the fundraising tools integrate directly into the CRM, and that it also connects with our QBO. For the quality of the system, the price we pay feels unmatched. Onboarding was definitely a process for us, but we also tried to fast-track it. Even so, our specialists were very helpful—especially our coach, who made sure everything was set up correctly, answered all of our questions, and caught things we might have missed. We also love the AI integration, which helps us pull reports and level up our asks. Since we’ve been using the CRM, we’ve been very successful with our events and our campaign(s). Whenever a question comes up, support has been helpful and quick with answers and solutions. Overall, it’s a great product to use day to day. We’ve only run into one technical issue, and it was fixed within a couple of hours after we reported it to support.

I really like the Timeline feature in Bloomerang CRM. It provides the whole picture of a donor's giving history, which is super helpful. We often need information about particular donors' past giving and comparisons to previous years, and the Timeline lets us get that quickly. Additionally, the initial setup was way easy, which I appreciate.
