I like that it's easy to search for invoices going through the approval workflow and being able to search for payment history. I also appreciate the functionality of putting stop payments on invoices and requesting revised payments if necessary. The smooth integration from AvidXchange over to Yardi is another advantage. As a large organization, AvidXchange is valuable because of the sheer amount of invoices that we process monthly. The indexer is doing some of the data entry for us before we start the workflow, which is a significant time saver. Their payment processing functionality, where they print paper checks on our behalf, also saves time. Being able to research the payment and payment date is helpful in maintaining a good relationship with our vendors.

I appreciate AvidXchange for its ease of use in getting expense reports paid and the ability to email expense reports directly. It helps me get things done faster and more efficiently.
