As a small business, we cannot afford a fancy ERP software system. AvidXchange is easy to use and build to support our accounts payable function, which is integrated with our fixed assets accounting subledger. We have experienced great reliability for uptime of AvidXchange and it has allowed us to save time and effort compared to doing manual expense reports and invoice processing.

Overall AvidXchange streamlined my process. Everything is stored on a website so it's definitely easier to search for invoices vs having them stored in a cabinet. Items stored in a cabinet could be misfiled. In AvidXchange, that doesn't happen. It's also easy to keep track of who isn't approving in a timely manner. Email reminders have been helpful in getting managers to approve quicker.

One of the best things about Avid is we can run AP checks and get appropriate approvals remote. Having a digital audit trail is a huge plus as well, since invoices cannot move to the next step without authorization.
