The dashboard actually tells you what changed

Mention rate, citation rate, and share of voice are all visible without three clicks to get there. I used Profound for a few months and always left the dashboard feeling like I had a lot of data but no idea what it meant. AthenaHQ is more legible. The competitor comparison view in particular is something I check every Monday morning without having to remind myself how to use it.

Everything we actually need is on the main dashboard, not buried behind a feature list we're paying to ignore.

Got up and running without a six-week sales process

No sales call required to test the product. We looked at Bluefish first, and the evaluation involved two demos, a security review, and several weeks of back and forth before we could see the platform. AthenaHQ had us tracking prompts within a week of signing up.
