White-label reporting fixed a problem we didn't know how to solve

Our previous tool had no white-label export, so every client report meant reformatting raw data in PowerPoint for two or three hours. AthenaHQ exports branded PDFs directly. We also track ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini from one place now, instead of trying to stitch things together from separate tabs. That was the other thing Profound couldn't do — its competitive data only covered one platform.

Support responds the same day, every time

At two other tools in this space, support was either dismissive or just slow. One blamed us for every problem. The other left tickets open for days. AthenaHQ responds same day. When we had a tracking discrepancy in week two, someone got on a call with us, found the issue, and fixed it. That's a different category of support than what's normal here.

It shows you why you're not being cited, not just that you aren't

The source tracking is the thing. It shows which specific pages on our site are getting cited in AI responses, which means I know where to focus content effort. Peec.ai told me our mention rate was low. AthenaHQ tells me which competitor articles are getting picked up instead, and in what format. That's the part you can actually do something with.
