I like the pricing and the fact that it’s packed with top tier features that can compete with the heavy hitters in the field. One of the biggest features I was looking for when choosing a shop software was carfax integration and ARI had that alongside numerous other features. Ari is the best for looking up labor pricing for all jobs, it is also very useful when ordering parts as well because of the partnership with partsfinder. Ari can be used to connect your shop with carfax which my customers love. Ari can be used to track invoices, estimates and inspects that all can be sent to the customer straight from the program. You can use AI to build jobs for you, and it is fast to produce jobs for you. The UI is simple on cell phone which is my main plus due to me being mobile.
