I like APS for its ease of use and the excellent support behind it. The platform makes everything accessible in one place with just one login, covering various features like expense reports, payroll items, HR items, and asset tracking. What truly stands out is the support; when you call them, you speak directly to a person who takes ownership of resolving your issue, rather than being routed through a call center. The setup process was extremely easy, and it helped that I was already familiar with the system. The implementation person was very knowledgeable, clear, and concise, which made the transition smooth.

Responsive Phone Support That Always Gets Me to the Right Person

I like the fact that if I have a question or inquiry, I can pick up the phone and speak to a representative. And if that representative is unable to assist, they transfer me to someone that can assist.

Simple Time Imports and Flexible Payroll Batches—Attendance Tracking Made Easy

Importing time and attendance is simple and quick. I also like that I can change the parameters of a payroll batch every pay period to add or remove pay categories. Tracking attendance is very simple via the app.
