I love how user-friendly APS is, making it easy for employees of all skill levels to manage their HR and Payroll needs. The support team is fantastic, especially my salesperson Payton Mosely, who still answers my calls and helps me with any issue or connects me to the right person. The ease of use is essential for me. APS feels like an extension of my team, which is incredibly important as an HR team of one. The customer service is a major plus, as they're willing to engage electronically rather than spending long periods on the phone. I also appreciate the easy and well-organized implementation, which stands out as the simplest I've undergone.
