I really like how simple AppWork is to use. I also value the work order feature a lot because it creates a category automatically.

I find AppWork to be a very useful platform dedicated to making daily maintenance operations easier. The make-ready board and AI recommendations are particularly helpful, simplifying the way I work with better planning and organizing. I appreciate how the AI makes recommendations based on the issues reported, and if the technician has any doubt, it provides guidance, almost like a mind refresh.

I think AppWork has been an amazing experience since we started using it about 3 months ago. It has made everyday inspections so much easier. I appreciate that it solves problems like missing inspections and resident complaints by allowing us to upload pictures as proof for each inspection. I like that it is user-friendly and everything within the program is amazing. I also found the initial setup very easy. I would rate it 5 stars and I'm definitely likely to recommend it to a friend or colleague.
