I like working with the reports section in Keela as it lets me filter through data with more field choices and automatically presents them in our preferred overall view, which is very helpful to present to others. I also love the built-in segments section; we can create segments directly from already filtered data, and I enjoy that you can perform bulk actions directly from there. The initial setup of Keela was quite easy with its built-in import option. The filtering and reports section was a significant reason for switching from Salesforce to Keela.

Aplos is extremely user friendly. The software fairly well updates all transactions with user-friendly prompts. Aplos' Chat is always available for any questions. Aplos continues to make user-recommended updates.
