Great Docketing software for IP matters
I really enjoy the user interface and the ease of interacting with my docket items. There's complete transparency and I am able to work with my docketing staff and paralegals to resolve matters. I also enjoy the customization and customer support in creating custom fields and different status codes for my clients. I use the system nearly every day and it was a detailed and thoughtful implementation when we transitioned from our previous docketing system. I have also heard it has been relatively easy to integrate our existing workflows to implement them in PATTSY.
