I think Alternit One is a really good solution for tech support, especially if you don't have a dedicated tech support person. I like that employees can call in and get tech support help basically any time, which is always good for employees working in different time zones. They were very effective at solving my headset connection issue on the very first call. I really like having clear, professional tech support on call, and I feel like they do a really good job.

I find Alternit One cost-effective, and it has improved how efficiently tech support is handled, with faster resolution. I value the 24/7 support because no one is stuck regardless of their shift, and they no longer have to wait long for issues to be resolved. Support is always a phone call away. I like the human touch, friendliness, and knowledge of the support agents, along with the minimal wait time. I also appreciate their reliability and timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
