The call was very easy to start, and I only waited around 5–8 seconds before speaking with an engineer. He was calm, friendly, and patient throughout the call. The engineer guided me through the setup without using complicated technical language. Even when I was unsure about some steps he stayed helpful and did not make me feel pressured. I felt listened to and supported throughout the call.

I find Alternit One’s tech support the most valuable. They provide support 24/7 for technical issues the company faces. When I had an internet issue, they tried everything they could to help, even though it was the provider’s problem. They helped me understand what the problem was because I’m not a tech person, and they were very kind. They even were disappointed that they couldn’t resolve the issue as it was the internet company’s issue but gave me the information that I needed to pass over so the issue could get resolved.
