Adaptive Security has been excellent from day one. The product is intuitive, effective, and clearly built around real-world security needs rather than unnecessary complexity. What has stood out just as much is the team — easily one of the best sales and customer support experiences we’ve had with any software vendor. They are responsive, knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure we get value from the platform. The platform is really user friendly, they not only do training, but they offer content such as posters based on various security scenarios that I can place around the office or use for marketing purposes. It has items for each department so even compliance and HR can use it to deploy training if necessary. Assigning trainings get very granular and can be specific to departments and they are very straight forward and easy to digest as opposed to being 30+ minutes each.
