It was very easy to implement and the training with customer service was great.

I really like how Adaptive Security quickly develops and is attentive to our needs. The ability to rapidly put together campaigns using the latest threat intelligence and then create training content on top of that is a big plus for me. Their feature that allows me to export training content into a SCORM package for our learning management solution is super handy, enabling me to train employees really quickly. The setup was impressively quick, just two one-hour meetings. I also appreciate how fast they fix things, like when I provided feedback on a report, and they improved it within a week.

I like that Adaptive Security has a strong customer focus and they're very responsive to customer needs. They've been iterating quickly, taking feedback, and addressing problems, which means I deal less with issues and feel more at ease with them as a vendor. This strong focus on improvement makes their service better for me.
