I love the reminders for updating my goals and the metrics in AchieveIt. The workday can get pretty busy, so with the constant reminders, I can truly focus on what needs to be done. With the metrics, I can share the story of where my unit is while understanding how we fit into my university's ecosystem.

I receive email notifications which link to my AchieveIt account and reminds me to complete progress updates. The platform is generally intuitive for completing the data tasks I'm charged with.

It's a great way to build transparency in a large, bureaucratic structure. Helps our team stay focused on what matters more - metrics that contribute to student achievement. The team is responsive and helps me maximize the platform to solve problems in our school district. For example, I used a custom field option to capture innovative or forward-thinking ideas, which I then used to create a dashboard. We'll use this to both inspire org leaders to implement innovative solutions and to get ahead of planning for our next strategic plan.
