AchieveIt is an extremely user-friendly platform. It has aided in our project management across our agency. It is an intuitive interface and has the ability to align high-level strategies with daily operations. It makes it is easier to track progress, measure performance metrics, and encourage team collaboration and communication.

First and foremost, the customer service is unmatched. Rachel is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable about the product. I make sure to keep her posted when we have big meetings scheduled where the company will review our strategic plan with the Board of Directors or Executive Committee. With those dates in mind, she checks in to make sure we are on the right path. As for the software - it is extraordinarily user-friendly and easy to use. While there is a learning curve, once you have done things a few times, it is very natural. Not to mention, there is likely a how-to guide and/or video on the website to remind you of the steps. I have found that the development team is very open to suggestions and feedback - they want to know if something is not working for the customer.
