I really like the email reminders that AchieveIt offers. The ease of use is another aspect I appreciate, especially since we were previously using Excel for tracking, and this change is so much better. I also find the initial setup to be smooth.

I love how visual and user-friendly AchieveIt is. The user-friendly platform means I could quickly learn how to set up plans as an administrator, and our team completed the one-time onboarding training and have had no issues when doing their quarterly reports. The AchieveIt support team is so quick to help and always finds solutions for the things we want to do with the AchieveIt platform. They are friendly, professional, and always follow through on what they've promised to help with. The initial setup was surprisingly easy, with our support team creating the first plan and guiding me through the process. I was able to start creating new plans, reports and dashboards after having one as a reference.
