And this is coming from someone who had to learn everything from scratch, purely from their documentation and by emailing their support team (which, btw, is top-notch). They respond asap with the right information and a great attitude. Special thanks to Madelyn Mon, who is honestly the most patient person I've met in years! Also (and I think this is the most important part) Absorb helps us deliver real value to our learners by presenting our content in a clean way. The platform performs incredibly well, even when loading heavy files, and the interface is "Google clean" (meaning there aren't a million buttons or distractions to confuse our learners). I feel we are getting a fantastic ROI at this point.
