I really like how intuitive and easy to navigate Absorb LMS is. It helps us track employees' interest in upskilling and identify other requirements. The platform makes content creation and uploading straightforward, allowing me to assign it to specific groups or locations, which is very convenient. As a system admin, I appreciate how the step-by-step setup guides make content accessible quickly, reducing the need for manual configuration and minimizing technical issues. The reporting feature is also well-done, particularly when I know exactly what to click. Even though complex reports might require support, the quick response from our Client Success Manager makes it more manageable for us.

Definitely the support is the best. I would also say that the UI is intuitive and easy to use on both the learner side and the administrator side. We haven't had downtime on the site since launching a year ago, which is fantastic. We are kept aware of any updates/service/maintenance so we can plan accordingly. We meet with our support team on a regular cadence to keep up with any new features and to work through any issues that we run into.

The product has a great UI feel, its intuitive and our adoption rate with users was really good. The implementation was really smooth and the Absorb team was incredibly helpful and patient as we navigated the process. The best part has been post-implementation support, which is really lacking in the LMS industry. Our support team is fantastic. You have regular meetings with smart, system experienced ppl who listen and guide you through any issues. They are constantly trying to help and find ways for you to maximize your usage of the system. A big shout out to Greg Law and Emma Scott @ Absorb for being such great partners. Cant say enough good things about them! Definitely recommend this company.
