Absorb LMS offers a clean, professional learner experience and a great deal of flexibility in how training can be organized and delivered. We can create learning paths for different roles, assign training to specific audiences, organize resources, track completions, and combine internally developed courses with videos, documents, assessments, and instructor-led training. The platform allows us to build much more than a traditional course catalog. We are using it to support onboarding, role-specific development, leadership training, professional skills, and access to job-related resources. It also gives us the flexibility to support multiple departments and potentially expand training to affiliated companies in the future. Our experience with the Absorb team has been positive. Our Customer Success Manager and implementation contacts have been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to meet with our internal teams to answer questions and work through technical requirements. The implementation documentation and expectations, including the requirements for automated user data imports, were communicated clearly.

Absorb LMS has facilitated a significant reduction in instructor-led training through the implementation of online modules. The administrative interface is user-friendly, enabling efficient course creation. Additionally, I was impressed by the value of the impersonate mode, which allows administrators to preview content from the learner’s perspective prior to publication.

How easy and convenient it is to create, manage, and monitor course content and learner information, both from our vanilla subscription and through the integrations we've added. And this is coming from someone who had to learn everything from scratch, purely from their documentation and by emailing their support team (which, btw, is top-notch). They respond asap with the right information and a great attitude. Special thanks to Madelyn Mon, who is honestly the most patient person I've met in years! Also (and I think this is the most important part) Absorb helps us deliver real value to our learners by presenting our content in a clean way. The platform performs incredibly well, even when loading heavy files, and the interface is "Google clean" (meaning there aren't a million buttons or distractions to confuse our learners). I feel we are getting a fantastic ROI at this point.
