I think the UI/UX is great, especially considering what you’d expect from the newest technology. The website was fast and worked well overall. The answers were also really good.

I love that Abnormal AI has a 100% success rate in finding all sorts of attacks, including scams, phishing, social engineering, malware, reconnaissance, spam, and invoice/payment fraud. Our organization has sustained no materialized intrusions via the email threat vector since implementation. I appreciate the platform's ability to provide a nice description of every attack in the threat log and give great insight into what is actually being prevented. Abby, the AI analyst included in the platform, creates custom reports which have been very beneficial. The integration with Microsoft O365 and CrowdStrike has been seamless. I also like that the initial setup of Abnormal AI was very easy, taking only about 5 minutes.

Because we are a target from nation-state bad actors, we appreciate how Abnormal AI works extremely well and has had a tremendous impact on plugging our phishing vulnerability, saving the security team countless hours per week. The product gives us visibility into sophisticated phishing campaigns that previously we would at times discover too late. We truly appreciate the top-notch sales and support teams and how little we have to do in this area now that Abnormal AI is in the loop. The Email Productivity and Phishing Simulation modules are beneficial as they help reduce spam and educate our users, respectively. The setup was extremely easy; the wizard approach guides you, and the Abnormal AI team provides great support, getting us up and running in minutes.
