We were early adopter of Abnormal as the API integration is the way forward, and getting off from Secure Email Gateway framework. API integration was done in minutes, and the Dashboard is easy to comprehend. We compared Abnormal with other platforms, and they stood out for ease of usage, ability to identify and differentiate from genuine and malicious email and high rate of efficacy. The greatest thing about Abnormal is once you set it up, you don't have to make changes. I look at the Dashboard infrequently, and it keeps doing its job. Machine Learning learns from user submissions and improves over time. Abnormal Customer Support is also very good and CSM helps to improve continuously.
