I love that 360Learning allows real-time access to learners' work, giving me good visibility on activities. You can see who is connected, at what time, the activities they are doing, and where they are. This saves me from having to correct a paper questionnaire, saving me a lot of time. Moreover, the initial setup of 360Learning was easy to configure.

I love that 360Learning was simple to implement and allows me to segregate different departments and assign trainings easily. I appreciate the feature that lets me create specific courses and assign them to groups of people who need them the most, avoiding unnecessary exposure to others in the organization. The AI feature is also a favorite because it lets me create courses quickly by uploading documents and automatically building out courses with minimal tweaks from me. This really interests me as it saves a lot of time.
