I think the most helpful upside of 360Learning is just how fast everything happens, like you blink and boom there’s a whole course somehow. People jump in everywhere, leaving comments like lil gremlins, fixing stuff, breaking stuff, making it better, idk it just works. SMEs drop their knowledge like “here u go” and suddenly it’s a lesson, the interface isn’t scary at all, kinda soft actually, and the automation does all the boring chores so you don’t gotta. The analytics tell you what’s alive and what’s dying so you can pretend you’re in control of things.
