What I really like about ZoneReconcile is how it simplifies a process that used to be a headache. I used to spend half a day going through spreadsheets and matching transactions one by one, but now the software does it automatically. The best thing about zone is that we can create as many as rules and zone creates transactions based on those rules automatically for us and these transactions don't need to be matched again.

The best part for me is that it takes away the bulk of manual checking. I can connect my accounts and within a short time see a clear match of transactions. I like that it connects directly to our bank feeds so transactions show up almost in real time. The matching rules are flexible enough to handle things like recurring fees or bulk deposits, and it’s clear when something doesn’t match so we can fix it quickly. Zonereconcile has completely transformed our month end closing process, before we were relying on excel, which felt clunky, confusing, and just not user friendly now with zonereconcile checklist, we can actually see if we are on track, running behind, or a head of schedule its made planning so much easier.

We also use the timetable feature during close to keep everyone aligned on their daily tasks, which helps the whole team stay organized, reviewing reconciliations is way smoother now too.

As the director of financial reporting, i use zonereconcile regularly for SEC reporting and i have found it be incredibly user friendly even as a first time user. Its interface feels very familiar, much like Microsoft office programs, which made it easy to navigate and get the results i needed. on top that the customer service team has been outsatnding quick to respond and very helpful both with XBRL questions and general support. 1. Effective rules can be setup with a decent amount of complexity .

2. The system's learning capacity is good and picks up repetitive patterns.

2. The customization logic is not intuitive when creating multiple rules, in order to fully understand it help from a consultant might be required.
