The best thing about zone is that we can create as many as rules and zone creates transactions based on those rules automatically for us and these transactions don't need to be matched again. No direct API is available from the bank so have to use on SFTP and scripts on the back of it to split statement and create statement and if you've lot of volume these scripts can take time to create statement records in netsuite. What problems is ZoneReconcile solving and how is that benefiting you? - Solved our volume issue with the PSP and bank which Native Netsuite was not able to handle. - We were mange to create rules per bank which allowed us to reconciled more quickly and accurately - reconciliation sits within Netsuite so don't need external system license and user can do drill to statement from transactions. - real time visibility and full audit trail on transactions within netsuite. What I like most is how it simplifies account reconciliation directly inside NetSuite. Instead of handling spreadsheets and manual matching it automates most of the process which saves a lot of time. The matching rules are flexible and help reduce repetitive work. It also gives clear visibility into what is reconciled and what still needs attention which makes month end less stressful. The automated matching logic across multiple data sources is where Zonereconcile has delivered the most immediate and visible value for our finance team. Transactions that used to require manual cross referencing across bank feeds ledgers and payment processors are reconciled automatically with a match rate that has consistently exceeded what our team was achieving manually. The exception handling workflow is also well designed enough that the items that do require human attention are presented clearly rather than buried inside a confusing interface. Our month end close was consistently running two to three days longer than it should because reconciliation across multiple entities and currencies was a largely manual process that depended on a small number of people who understood how all the pieces connected. Zonereconcile automated the bulk of that work and distributed the exception handling across the team in a way that no longer creates a bottleneck around specific individuals. Our close timeline has shortened meaningfully and the stress that used to characterise the last week of every month has noticeably reduced across the finance team which has had a broader impact on morale than we initially anticipated. Zonereconcile has completely transformed our month end closing process, before we were relying on excel, which felt clunky, confusing, and just not user friendly now with zonereconcile checklist, we can actually see if we are on track, running behind, or a head of schedule its made planning so much easier. We also use the timetable feature during close to keep everyone aligned on their daily tasks, which helps the whole team stay organized, reviewing reconciliations is way smoother now too. Whats really great is how easy zonereconcile is to use no matter your experience we have a really positive experience with it and i'd definitely recommend it to other. Zonereconcile is once again helping by giving better visbility to our close team and automating many parts of the process. its super helpful for reviewers to instantly see when a team member has approved a journal entry or a reconciliation document. compared to using excel, its a big upgrade our team now uses the variance analysis featutre to complete monthly budget reviews much more efficiently.
