What do you like best about ZoneReconcile?

What I really like about ZoneReconcile is how it simplifies a process that used to be a headache. I used to spend half a day going through spreadsheets and matching transactions one by one, but now the software does it automatically. It identifies patterns, flags mismatches, and even provides a clean summary for review. The dashboard is easy to understand, and I like how I can see which accounts are fully reconciled at a glance. What do you dislike about ZoneReconcile?

I was manually comparing reports from multiple banks and systems which left room for small mistakes and missed entries. Now everything is automated and much cleaner. It not only ensures accuracy but also keeps a log of all reconciliations for compliance purposes. During audits, this has been a huge help since I can quickly pull up records. "Reconcile 90% of our transactions from bank and PSP"

What do you like best about ZoneReconcile?

The best thing about zone is that we can create as many as rules and zone creates transactions based on those rules automatically for us and these transactions don't need to be matched again.

What do you dislike about ZoneReconcile?

No direct API is available from the bank so have to use on SFTP and scripts on the back of it to split statement and create statement and if you've lot of volume these scripts can take time to create statement records in netsuite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Solved our volume issue with the PSP and bank which Native Netsuite was not able to handle.

- We were mange to create rules per bank which allowed us to reconciled more quickly and accurately

- reconciliation sits within Netsuite so don't need external system license and user can do drill to statement from transactions.

The best part for me is that it takes away the bulk of manual checking. I can connect my accounts and within a short time see a clear match of transactions. What do you like best about ZoneReconcile?

I like that it connects directly to our bank feeds so transactions show up almost in real time. The matching rules are flexible enough to handle things like recurring fees or bulk deposits, and it’s clear when something doesn’t match so we can fix it quickly. What do you like best about ZoneReconcile?

Zonereconcile has completely transformed our month end closing process, before we were relying on excel, which felt clunky, confusing, and just not user friendly now with zonereconcile checklist, we can actually see if we are on track, running behind, or a head of schedule its made planning so much easier.

We also use the timetable feature during close to keep everyone aligned on their daily tasks, which helps the whole team stay organized, reviewing reconciliations is way smoother now too.

What do you like best about ZoneReconcile?

As the director of financial reporting, i use zonereconcile regularly for SEC reporting and i have found it be incredibly user friendly even as a first time user. Its interface feels very familiar, much like Microsoft office programs, which made it easy to navigate and get the results i needed. on top that the customer service team has been outsatnding quick to respond and very helpful both with XBRL questions and general support. "A great method to organize a team around the closing process."

What do you like best about ZoneReconcile?

Without zonereconcile, conducting our annual audit on time would still be a challenge. now, our PBC is ready before the auditors arrive, and initial selections are completed within a week of the request.

our monthly closing process is significantly faster. we have eliminated late entries and shifted other entries earlier in the month.

Senior leaders receive accurate reports on time.

1. Effective rules can be setup with a decent amount of complexity .

2. The system's learning capacity is good and picks up repetitive patterns.

1. Loading of a split page can take time (up to 10 seconds).

2. The customization logic is not intuitive when creating multiple rules, in order to fully understand it help from a consultant might be required.
