The product was built to feel as if we are swimming in data, but is that enough to warrant spending a lot of money on this? **What do you dislike about Zoios?** Honestly there are a lot of these tools in the market that are cheaper, so Zoios does not seem to provide anything crazy beyond, to stay so expensive. The solutions to issues are very flat and usually the same despite different areas of the business is hurting in different ways. While I can appreciate having HR people involved as the "support", it also seems it would make more sense to have actual support, potentially this could also lower the cost. **What problems is Zoios solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing any further, but previously with Employee Engagement, it helped me get a number or a stat on my team. ### 2.
