I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content where I explain topics in simple way. Zoho Learn helps me keep my notes and work in one place and in proper order. In my daily work I explain diet plans, patient guidance and health topics, so having my points ready helps a lot. I made manuals and added topics based on my work, so everything stays organised and easy to check.

It is easy to use, I did not take much time to understand it. I use it regularly while preparing my teaching content and also during clinic work. It has useful features like manuals and articles which helps me organise content step by step and use same notes again when needed.

I like how we can embed videos within articles in Zoho Learn, as it doesn't get confusing for people who are navigating through the knowledge base. I find embedding videos within articles helpful because when I'm transferring knowledge about features, I can screen record some videos, do voiceovers, and upload them with the articles. This makes it easier for the reader to understand the whole article. I think if we had the ability to embed coding scripts within Zoho Learn, like attach whole deposits with Zolon, and give specific instructions or explanations for each specific file, that would be great. The ease of course addition and ease of issue fixes. I need the courses to be shared externally and when I was not understanding how to do so, the fix was easy. I'm just trying to see how I can make it much easier because the concept like spaces, then learning paths, then knowledge, the manuals, It can get overwhelming for especially for non techy users. Bulk of my field staff that we have are such personas. So I think a part of, the Zoho Learn, that's maybe it's not working well for me because I'm yet to figure out how to do this. But I think, we have to assume that, you know, our end users are going to be non techie.
