I'm just trying to see how I can make it much easier because the concept like spaces, then learning paths, then knowledge, the manuals, It can get overwhelming for especially for non techy users. Bulk of my field staff that we have are such personas. So I think a part of, the Zoho Learn, that's maybe it's not working well for me because I'm yet to figure out how to do this. But I think, we have to assume that, you know, our end users are going to be non techie.
