**What do you like best about Zipcar?**

I remember the convenience of Zipcar. I loved the accessibility aspect.

**What do you dislike about Zipcar?**

The downsides aren’t too expansive. Maybe that I’m on a larger campus and finding it wouldn’t always be ideal

**What problems is Zipcar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipcar at the time of use was very helpful in allowing me to go to and from work
