Zine have really helped to deliver great results for our campaigns, it is a very intuitive to use and allowed us to monitor the results of the campaign. In particular we liked the fact it has help us to reduce the admin work and have a centralised dashboard to manage the relationships with the influencers and at all the stages of the negotiations. One influencer DM'd us that they got a notification, but were unable to access our campaign. Another that we knew and attempted to add into Zine never got a notification. The profile edit section was buggy - kept having to refresh after uploading our banner image for it to accept. Fonts in the campaign section didn't work - ended up having to type it out and format it on a word.doc and paste it in. I'm in Chrome if that helps your developers. Proposals Tool is by far the best feature for internal review from other colleagues. Prior to this feature, we were manually creating powerpoints to outline an influencer's Media Kit to send to others without a Zine login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only wish is for more influencers to join the network and have a wider range to choose from within certain niches. I like how I'm able to use the community feature to group influencers from specific industries together. When prospecting for new events, we save hundreds of hours of time, scrolling through email lists trying to find influencers who would be suitable and are available. Influencer marketing was a new business line for us, so it was great to have an intuitive platform to prospect and contract influencers quickly and within an effective framework. Their support team was also excellent, helping us finding the right influencers for tricky campaigns. They are quick to respond via the live chat and always happy to help which really made a difference. Overall we were able to train several people to run campaigns independently within days. It sometimes took quite a lot of forth and back to come to an agreement with influencers as they initially but then go silent for a few days. I would recommend reaching out to more influencers than required to make sure you get some over the line within your desired time frame.
