The app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I feel that some obvious assets are missing from the list of supported assets and I don't understand why. XRP and HBAR being an example. It's the only reason for which I keep assets in other places...

I also feel that under each asset, wheter cryptocurrency or NFT, there should be the history of transactions for said asset. I should not need to go into the history tab to find a specific transaction under a specific asset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The application interface is intuitive and clear. You have to "try hard" not to understand how it works. Unlike other wallets I have on my phone, I found it to be very easy to use. The conversion process is smooth and fast, and it also has impressive stability. Recently, the app underwent a design change. In my opinion, the previous design was cleaner and easier to navigate, now it feels a bit heavier to me. Regarding fees, the fee is displayed before the transfer and is calculated from the wallet balance. If you don't have enough balance to cover the fee, the transaction will not be approved. I think it would be a good idea to add an option for the fee to be deducted from the transaction amount.

Working with NFTs was not stable, and when I tried to connect the wallet to sales platforms, I often encountered error messages or the wallet not being recognized by third parties.

What I like best about Zengo is the simplicity of the recovery process if you need it on a new device. It makes a face map of you when you originally start a wallet and when it needs to be recovered it just scans your face and can recover your wallet from there. If I'm being honest there is nothing that I actually dislike about Zengo Wallet, it excels in everything I look for in a crypto wallet plus it has tons of extras I never would have thought of asking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the biometric security feature, easy to use interface and the buy/sell crypto feature is very awesome. The ZenGo support is very helpful and the wallet is safe for daily crypto transfer and exchange.

* Review update: I still stand by my opinion on Zengo and they have even increased the security by integrating "ClearSign" the Web3 firewall & MPC instead of seed phrases, which at my opinion give Zengo a level of security unmatched by industry alternatives. I have been using Zengo for over a year, and I'm a very happy customer.

What I like the most is that the wallet is self-custodial (=decentralized), but offers some features that centralised exchanges offer, like withdrawal of crypto to a bank account.

Zengo uses third party services for the withdrawals, but it's built into the app, so that you don't need to leave it when doing a withdrawal. In the past they only had one (expensive) withdrawal option, but now you can choose between 4 different services. Some are cheaper than the other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zengo recently introduced "pro plans" which are quite expensive and offee security features that should have been free to all users.

Security is fundamental when it comes to a crypto wallet. Hiding security features behind a paywall is an "interesting" business decision.

Facial recovery for lost accounts make it easy to not have to worry about passwords. I've lost my private keys a cou0ple times for other wallets and it's why I was excited to give Zengo a try and have had zero issues over the last three years using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Storing the security info in the cloud makes me concerned about deleting it by accident. But so far so good. I also don't like that they don't keep a separate gas wallet in case somoene sends us ERC-20 tokens and we don't have any ETH in our wallet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was concerned about switching over from another provider especially being brand new to crypto.
