XRP and HBAR being an example. It's the only reason for which I keep assets in other places... I also feel that under each asset, wheter cryptocurrency or NFT, there should be the history of transactions for said asset. You have to "try hard" not to understand how it works. Unlike other wallets I have on my phone, I found it to be very easy to use. The conversion process is smooth and fast, and it also has impressive stability. I tend to use this application because of its unique encryption method, and therefore I also recommend it to family members. **What do you dislike about Zengo Wallet?** Recently, the app underwent a design change. In my opinion, the previous design was cleaner and easier to navigate, now it feels a bit heavier to me. Regarding fees, the fee is displayed before the transfer and is calculated from the wallet balance. If you don't have enough balance to cover the fee, the transaction will not be approved. I think it would be a good idea to add an option for the fee to be deducted from the transaction amount. Working with NFTs was not stable, and when I tried to connect the wallet to sales platforms, I often encountered error messages or the wallet not being recognized by third parties. What I like the most is that the wallet is self-custodial (=decentralized), but offers some features that centralised exchanges offer, like withdrawal of crypto to a bank account. Zengo uses third party services for the withdrawals, but it's built into the app, so that you don't need to leave it when doing a withdrawal. In the past they only had one (expensive) withdrawal option, but now you can choose between 4 different services. Some are cheaper than the other. **What do you dislike about Zengo Wallet?** Zengo recently introduced "pro plans" which are quite expensive and offee security features that should have been free to all users. Security is fundamental when it comes to a crypto wallet. Hiding security features behind a paywall is an "interesting" business decision. Overall I'm happy though. I've lost my private keys a cou0ple times for other wallets and it's why I was excited to give Zengo a try and have had zero issues over the last three years using it. **What do you dislike about Zengo Wallet?** Storing the security info in the cloud makes me concerned about deleting it by accident. But so far so good. I also don't like that they don't keep a separate gas wallet in case somoene sends us ERC-20 tokens and we don't have any ETH in our wallet. **Recommendations to others considering Zengo Wallet:** Always keep Ethereum in your wallet to move tokens around. **What problems is Zengo Wallet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Storing crypto in a relatively worry free way. By keeping keys tied to our face scan and stored in the cloud, I don't have to worry about losing my keys and all the funds in my wallet. Most wallets make us write down out keys and store them somewhere safe. Most people jsut store them on their computer, defeating the purpose and they have been stolen by hackers. In the past I had 3 re-occurring issues, the exchanges I brought from, the wallets I used and finally the support I received from any company or exchange I dealt with. The Zengo software has wiped away all my previous problems. Now I can buy a huge range of virtual currencies from multiple exchanges all from my Zengo wallet, as well as spend it or transfer it straight back into my bank. To say its head and shoulders above its peers is completely true, but for me its also way ahead of any traditional banks apps. I use this app every day even if it just to check how everythings going. I genuinely cant recommend this enough. **What do you dislike about Zengo Wallet?** The only thing i get annoyed at now is the rare chance there is a hold up in a purchase of bitcoins. However, I used to only buy bitcoins for specific purposes. Now I have the Zengo Wallet (which I trust completely) I tend to leave much more in it.
