I like Zengo Wallet for its easy onboarding process where I can create my wallet in seconds with Google. The clean UI/UX is impressive, making it simple to deposit different cryptocurrencies and access features directly on the screen. I appreciate the ability to swap assets within the wallet without needing to use other bridges. The layered security with face lock is a big plus. I also love the prediction market feature, allowing me to manage everything within the wallet and eliminating the need to move funds to other wallets. Its ability to back up keys on Google adds an extra layer of convenience and security. What do you dislike about Zengo Wallet? One thing I am missing inside the Zengo Wallet is the integration of decentralized trading platforms like Hyperliquid and Lighter. A new wallet address is generated for each deposit which increases the security of the wallet which is not something that many other Crypto wallets do. It's very easy to use the ZenGo Wallet, even if you're not the most experienced crypto user. It also feels very safe to use and it's very cheap comparing to others. When you're trying to make as much as possible, it's really important that you have a partner that doesn't charges you a ridiculous amount of money (fees). The simplicity of it and its security. No hassle and full security. It's very easy to create an account and start running with it. I use it anytime something crypto related comes up. I feel that some obvious assets are missing from the list of supported assets and I don't understand why. XRP and HBAR being an example. It's the only reason for which I keep assets in other places... I also feel that under each asset, wheter cryptocurrency or NFT, there should be the history of transactions for said asset. The application interface is intuitive and clear. You have to "try hard" not to understand how it works. Unlike other wallets I have on my phone, I found it to be very easy to use. The conversion process is smooth and fast, and it also has impressive stability. What do you dislike about Zengo Wallet? Recently, the app underwent a design change. In my opinion, the previous design was cleaner and easier to navigate, now it feels a bit heavier to me. Regarding fees, the fee is displayed before the transfer and is calculated from the wallet balance. If you don't have enough balance to cover the fee, the transaction will not be approved. I think it would be a good idea to add an option for the fee to be deducted from the transaction amount. Working with NFTs was not stable, and when I tried to connect the wallet to sales platforms, I often encountered error messages or the wallet not being recognized by third parties. What I like best about Zengo is the simplicity of the recovery process if you need it on a new device. It makes a face map of you when you originally start a wallet and when it needs to be recovered it just scans your face and can recover your wallet from there. I like the biometric security feature, easy to use interface and the buy/sell crypto feature is very awesome. The ZenGo support is very helpful and the wallet is safe for daily crypto transfer and exchange. \* Review update: I still stand by my opinion on Zengo and they have even increased the security by integrating "ClearSign" the Web3 firewall & MPC instead of seed phrases, which at my opinion give Zengo a level of security unmatched by industry alternatives. I have been using Zengo for over a year, and I'm a very happy customer. What I like the most is that the wallet is self-custodial (=decentralized), but offers some features that centralised exchanges offer, like withdrawal of crypto to a bank account. Zengo uses third party services for the withdrawals, but it's built into the app, so that you don't need to leave it when doing a withdrawal. In the past they only had one (expensive) withdrawal option, but now you can choose between 4 different services. Some are cheaper than the other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zengo Wallet? Zengo recently introduced "pro plans" which are quite expensive and offee security features that should have been free to all users. Security is fundamental when it comes to a crypto wallet. Hiding security features behind a paywall is an "interesting" business decision. Overall I'm happy though. Facial recovery for lost accounts make it easy to not have to worry about passwords. I've lost my private keys a cou0ple times for other wallets and it's why I was excited to give Zengo a try and have had zero issues over the last three years using it. By keeping keys tied to our face scan and stored in the cloud, I don't have to worry about losing my keys and all the funds in my wallet. Most wallets make us write down out keys and store them somewhere safe. Most people jsut store them on their computer, defeating the purpose and they have been stolen by hackers.
