# After uninstall/install ZenGo wallet how it's easy to recover my funds?

After uninstalling my ZenGo wallet i have to ask support to delete my account (providing my registered email) before i can installed again, is this deleting process can compromise my funds?

Yes they even allow you to have a second person you trust input there facial verification just in case something happens to you to where you can’t be here to retrieve your funds!

As long as you are fully backed-up, you shouldn't have issues recovering access to your wallet, even if you've removed the app from your phone! That's part of the ZenGo magic 😀.

Make sure you:
-Use the same email address associated with the account, and access to that email account (that's where the recovery link gets sent!)
-Have access to the backup recovery file (stored in iCloud or your Google Drive).

One note: you mention "deleting" your account. That's different than simply uninstalling from your phone. Deleting is permanent. If you DELETE your account, you will permanently lose access to that wallet and *anything* inside of it - so only do that if you really truly want to close it forever.
