Zeltri Reviews & Product Details

Zeltri is an AI-powered care home management platform built specifically for UK residential and nursing care providers. It combines CQC compliance software, an admissions and resident record system, task automation, and (via an add-on) finance and remittance reconciliation, into a single system, with an AI assistant, Ara, built into the core workflow rather than bolted on as a separate chatbot. Care home managers use Zeltri to stay inspection-ready every day of the year, not just in the run-up to a scheduled CQC visit. The platform auto-detects and files compliance certificates and documents, tracks due and overdue schedules so nothing lapses unnoticed, and keeps a full audit trail for every compliance action. On the admissions side, Zeltri manages the full resident journey from first enquiry through to discharge in one place, with automated invoicing generated by fee type and payer type, so admissions don't stall in someone's inbox. What sets Zeltri apart from larger, feature-heavy incumbents in the UK care management software market is Ara, its AI assistant. Instead of clicking through screens to find a resident's record, a certificate's expiry date, or an overdue task, managers can ask Ara directly and get an answer sourced from the home's own data, positioning Zeltri as an AI operating system for the whole care home rather than a single-purpose tool with an AI feature stapled on. Zeltri also offers a Finance Add-on for homes that want billing and reconciliation handled inside the same platform as everything else: accounts payable, accounts receivable with LA/NHS remittance reconciliation (one of the most manual, error-prone parts of care home finance when done by hand), and Xero integration to sync financial data rather than re-entering it.
