Zellbox Reviews & Product Details

Zellbox is a WhatsApp Business + Google Calendar platform for appointment-driven SMBs: medical and dental clinics, salons, vets, home services, field sales and coaching. It replaces the three tabs teams juggle every day (Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business and Gmail) with one app. Key features: - Automatic WhatsApp reminders for every visit (e.g. 24h and 2h before, post-visit follow-up), sent via Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API with pre-approved templates. - Two-way Google Calendar sync and Gmail sending from your own address, with one Google sign-in. - One shared inbox per customer: WhatsApp and email replies land on the customer record so the whole team sees the same history. - WhatsApp Coexistence: keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone with the same number; history stays in sync. - Bulk customer import, email templates with merge fields, assigned managers. - No per-seat pricing. Free Starter plan; Pro $29/mo, Business $99/mo, Enterprise $299/mo. GDPR-compliant, Google CASA Tier 2 certified, WhatsApp Business Partner. A simpler alternative to Callbell, WATI or Respond.io for teams whose work revolves around appointments.
