**What do you like best about Zania?**

The autonomous AI agents are easily the best part of the platform. Before Zania, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) was a major bottleneck for our team, especially when we had to manually work through endless vendor security questionnaires. Zania automates the heavy lifting. The Ask Zania Agent reliably reads complex compliance reports, supports risk tiering, and pulls from our knowledge base to help review questionnaires with far less back-and-forth.

I also really appreciate the integrations it offers. It automatically flags overdue security tickets and nudges the right employees to address them, without me having to play bad cop. Overall, it genuinely feels like having an extra full-time analyst on the team.

**What do you dislike about Zania?**

The evolution of this fast-moving platform has been a bit hard for us, at our scale, to keep up with. I highly recommend purchasing the paid whiteglove service support with Zania, which they offer.

**What problems is Zania solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling to scale our GRC processes and keep continuous monitoring of our vendors in place without adding headcount. The biggest benefit has been how quickly this has been delivered for our business teams when they’re buying and renewing software, making the overall process much faster and easier to manage.
