Actually, I were working with Ivan mainly, and he were always stright forward. I was shocked when he suggested cut off features. I understand that as servicee company they are getting payed for time spent, but he were after saving time (aka money) and this was the most strange for me. **What do you dislike about You are launched?** I would say, they can work better on testing. They have free manual testing and payed testing. Sure, I've picked free testing. Make sure they examined your idea in details, and can share what and how they will be doing.
