What I like most about Copilot is how seamlessly it fits into my day-to-day work. I’ve mainly used it to draft emails, summarize documents, and pull quick insights from data. It saves me a lot of time by producing a strong first draft or clear summary that I can refine, rather than having to start from scratch. The suggestions usually feel relevant and aware of the context, and it’s especially useful for tasks that are repetitive or otherwise time-consuming. Overall, it comes across as a supportive assistant—not a replacement—which makes it easy for me to trust and use on a regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Copilot works best when prompts are clear and specific, so it can take a bit of trial and error to get exactly the result you’re looking for. There are also times when the output needs a careful review, especially for accuracy and tone. It’s not a major issue, but it does mean you can’t rely on it blindly. Still, these limitations feel manageable and are pretty much what I’d expect from any AI-based tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about CoPilot is the speed at which it responds to my requests from everything on how best to respond to an email to how to make a presentation sound more polished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My main complaint with CoPilot is that it will erase your conversation if you exit out of it and it is hard to retrieve previous conversations if you are interrupted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me, the best feature of Copilot AI is its Microsoft 365 integration, because it can streamline workflows by making use of my existing emails, chats, and documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

intrusive, forced integration into Windows and Microsoft 365, which can be difficult to disable. Complaints also highlight "hallucinations" (confident but incorrect outputs), expensive premium subscriptions, sycophantic responses, and poor integration that disrupts daily workflows rather than streamlining them. I use CoPilot AI for development and project management, and I've found that it makes development very fast and solves problems easily, ultimately saving me time. I particularly like the auto-suggest feature in Android Studio and the in-line fixes, which help me fix coding issues very easily and with minimal changes. I also appreciate that it can generate code, and the initial setup was very easy for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that in CoPilot AI I can upload files and it doesn't limit me to just one. The most valuable thing is that I can upload images, Excel files, and Word documents at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The language that then puts it in another language. It would be very useful if, when a specific language is mentioned, it is only handled in that one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
