
Yodlee worked for years. It synced our bank transactions with our accounting system, Xero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well, a few months ago Yodlee started having errors, only syncing some transactions but not all - with no discernable pattern or consistency. Then, Yodlee completely stopped working. Our bank feeds have ben broken for several months. We had no notifications, no communication, no effort to try and fix it. We've had a case open with Yodlee for about 2 weeks with zero update or communication.
Our accounting system is now completely broken. We are manually entering every transaction from multiple accounts. What used to take a few moniutes to review now takes dozens of hours. We have no idea if a fix is even being worked on. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
