## About yAppointment
yAppointment is a complete business management platform for appointment-based service businesses: hair and beauty salons, massage and wellness studios, beauty clinics, gyms and fitness studios, dog schools, dental practices and more. Every business gets its own online booking page, plus an embeddable booking widget and a WordPress plugin to take bookings on its own website 24/7. Behind it sits everything needed to run the day: staff and calendar management, resources and rooms, events and group bookings, a customer database with CRM, online payment, EU VAT compliant invoicing (with connections to local invoicing software in 27 countries), products, orders and a webshop, stock tracking, coupons and gift cards, analytics, and automatic e-mail and SMS reminders and review requests in multiple languages. When you sign up, a Smart Setup Guide asks a few questions about your business and shows only the modules you need. You can also just send a link to your website or social page and the team sets up your services, prices and opening hours for you. Pricing is simple: €10 per location per month (€8.30 billed annually, 17% off), with unlimited staff, bookings and clients, 21 modules included and no commission on bookings. Optional add-ons at €10/month each: AI Assistant Pack, Advanced CRM, Warehouse Management. 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Data is stored on EU servers.
