## About YakChat
YakChat enables two-way SMS, MMS, RCS, and WhatsApp inside Microsoft Teams and Webex. Staff can message from desktop, mobile, or a web browser. It supports personal and shared inboxes and works with your existing Teams number, supported carrier numbers, or a YakChat-hosted number. Features include automatic translation, Microsoft 365 contact integration (Outlook, Entra ID, SharePoint), archiving and opt-in/out compliance tools, and support for receiving MFA/2FA codes—plus additional administration and workflow capabilities.
