Xtract IS is Theobald Software's SAP connector for SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), enabling fast and reliable extraction of SAP data from ERP, S/4HANA, or BW systems directly into SSIS-based ETL processes. The components appear natively in the SSIS toolbox, so SAP data can be modeled and processed via drag & drop alongside standard SSIS sources, transformations, and destinations. Modular extraction components cover tables, BAPIs, queries, reports, and BW cubes, while delta loading transfers only changed data instead of full tables for high performance at scale. Configuration happens through a UI without programming skills, with filters and conditions dynamically controlled via SSIS variables. Minimal to no changes are required on the SAP system, keeping risk and administrative effort low while developers keep working in their familiar SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) environment.
