Because of its simplicity, a business can start operating right away and generate a higher ROI more quickly. It increases productivity and frees up time for other tasks. **What do you dislike about XpertRule?** I have to complaints about XpertRule as of now but i look forward to was to further increae productivity. **What problems is XpertRule solving and how is that benefiting you?** XpertRule automates repetitive tasks and cuts operational costs. It leverages machine learning to offer bespoke CX that increases our customer retention rate. ### 7. No more need for a CS Rep to always be answering customer questions. It has greatly improve the quality of customer service and customer support – making all customers advocates. All customers are now receiving terrific real-time support without any strain our CS team. I was really surprised how easy it is to set up and use. **What do you dislike about XpertRule?** When you have greater automation, you lose some insight because you are not involved in all customer interactions. However, we do not find this a big issue because we can see the customer interactions with the Digital Assistant. **What problems is XpertRule solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Digital Assistant is removing significant operational bottlenecks that impact the customer experience and sales & revenue growth. I wish we had implemented it earlier. ### 8. It also returns valuable hours back to out ops team to free them up for more creative thinking! **What do you dislike about XpertRule?** The only downside I can think of at the moment is that there is some functionality within the Xpert Rule product that I do not think our size of company will utilise in the near future. **What problems is XpertRule solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are automating our manual repetitive tasks to free our team up to carry out more creative projects and focus on the bigger picture.
