XenChats Reviews & Product Details

XenChats is live chat software with an AI agent and a help desk, for teams that answer customers on their website. See who is on your site right now, which page they are reading and where they came from, and start the conversation before they leave. Greet visitors by page, time on site or exit intent, and send product cards with prices and buttons right in the chat. When a chat ends in a purchase, XenChats counts it, so you can see the revenue your chats bring in. The AI agent answers from your own knowledge base around the clock, understands the pictures customers send, hands the chat to a person when it should, and opens a ticket when nobody is available. Questions that need more time become tickets, and e-mails to your support address land in the same inbox. Teams get routing rules, groups and chat limits, supervision and takeover, canned responses, workflows, and reports on response time, satisfaction and staffing. Add the chat with one line of code, or follow the guides for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and Google Tag Manager. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and no credit card is needed.
