Xami Workers (Sam) Reviews & Product Details

Xami Workers are AI workers by Xamun that a business hires per role. Every worker is called Sam. Sam works inside the systems the business already runs, starting with Xamun's OS Series products such as ClinicOS and RosterOS, and takes a defined role: front desk, recalls, intake, clinic finance, claims and approvals, rostering or dispatch. Sam answers calls and messages in English and Arabic, books and moves appointments, makes reminder and recall calls, prepares reports and follows up claims. Sam says it is AI at the start of every conversation, works only through the actions its role permits, and writes completed work back to the record. When a person is needed, Sam hands over with who asked, what was asked, what was done and why. Clinical decisions and other regulated or irreversible actions always stay with people. Early access starts with new ClinicOS and TugOS rollouts.
