1) "Reporting" application has been lunched recently. I want to get to know more about it. But having an application to provide and manage commission insights is very important to guide business side to make positive changes. 2)Backend tables should generate same report file type, either .CSV or .xlsx, I know when I download Balances Report, it is used Excel 97-2003 Workbook.xls. I really like the visibility Xactly provides, especially since it interfaces with Salesforce. Our sales reps can see their statements update every day and have their commissions calculated overnight, which is a big plus. They can also submit inquiries immediately. Personally, it's made a huge difference in saving me manual work by eliminating the need to calculate everything with spreadsheets and manually pull data. I would like to see some built in error codes. If you forget a step when adding a new person or all the pieces of your formula are not laid out right I wish Incent would give a bit of a warning. I like that I can recalculate a month if there's a change. It allows me to go in, make the necessary changes, and have everything reload where it needs to be.
