wrkspace platform Reviews & Product Details

wrkspace is the execution layer for running physical space. Most buildings run on a pile of disconnected tools: work orders, access control, building systems, accounting, ticketing. One overworked facilities person holds it all together with email, spreadsheets and phone calls. wrkspace takes that coordination off their plate. Someone sends one request by text, email, Slack, portal or phone, like “the AC is out in suite 302.” wrkspace figures out what it is, sends the right vendor, tracks the deadline, keeps the requester updated, checks that the work actually got done, and handles payment. Every job is logged: what broke, what it cost, who fixed it, and whether it stayed fixed. You can run your building on the wrkspace Platform with your own team, or have wrkspace run it for you. It works on top of the software you already use (AppFolio, Yardi, SchoolDude, Maximo), or it can replace that software entirely. Switching is a one-click import. Built for colleges, universities, government agencies and property owners, commercial and residential. It’s made by operators with 15 years inside WeWork, Tesla and City of LA facilities, and it’s built to back up your people, not replace them.
