## WriterAccess Reviews
  ### 1. Content Creation Platform Connecting Writers and Businesses

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2025

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

Well structured platform with access to SpyFu

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

Checking writing samples I've not been convinced the writing quality is better than much lower cost ZimmWriter articles (an AI writer).

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's meant to help you find quality writers.

  ### 2. An easy-to-use platform to find talented writers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2023

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

WriterAccess has a powerful platform that helps you find talent to hire for your needs. The platform is straight-forward and easy-to-use. If something is unclear, they have a dedicated customer service team that will help you through your problems.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

There isn't much to complain about. Some of the backend information is a bit confusing, but the customer service team helps solve any issue that you might have.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WriterAccess is making it easier for businesses to scale their content production without having to hire in-house. From social media to blogs, their writers completed our tasks quickly and efficiently.

  ### 3. Not worth the money

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arthur H. | Book Author, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2022

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

There was nothing better than other services to find freelancers.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

It's too expensive. Writer's access takes 30% of the money from the writer so they have to charge high prices to pay for their time. After two free weeks, you are automatically charged $39 a month just to stay on the service. The charge to talk to a writer to find out if they are appropriate is 50 cents a minute. These charges make Writer's Access considerably more expensive than other Freelance Agencies, and the writers are no better.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a ghostwriter for a book. I did not find one.

  ### 4. Significant portion of writers will refuse to revise due to the insane policies

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob M. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2019

**Describe the project or task WriterAccess helped with:**

Requested content from writer access for SEO purposes. Paid them for higher level writing. Ordered dozens of articles.

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

WriterAccess has a lot of writers working for them. Some are quite good

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

Some of their writers are extremely unprofessional. Their writers try to game the metrics at your expense. Writers cancel orders right before the deadline which means you need to restart the process.

Many writers would rather not get paid for an order than revise as the system penalizes revisions. That means you need to start over and hope next writer gets it right,

Most recent order was on how to get people to take vaccine. the writer who their system gave it to was anti vax and claimed vaccine is unsettled and medical doctors are divided on it.

when i asked writer to revise she was rude and beligerrent

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

content for site

  ### 5. Great Asset for Marketers with Lean Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Don R. | Content Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

Two things I like best:
1) direct access to the writers. It's more of a collaboration, and we can post questions and answers back and forth to make sure the piece is on point.
2) the platform has features others don't. The ability to save briefs, profiles, set up folders, segment different writing teams. It's a very intuitive and robust system. I love how you can see which writers have been active, can see their projects per month rate.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

It can take a few tries to find a writer that is a fit, especially when you are looking for highly niche and technical writing. The WA staff can help, but sometimes you just have to see for yourself. When I've had a particularly bad performance by a writer (rare), WA has been responsive to make sure I get my money's worth.

**Recommendations to others considering WriterAccess:**

Set up an account, jump in, get some projects done. You will see as you do what features and benefits can be gained. I can explain it all day, but you have to see it. Find the ways it can help you save time, for example, upload your company creative brief and audience, so they can easily be added to future projects.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits: speed to market. I can have WA writers working on projects with just a few minutes of project details, then I'm off on other marketing tasks while their writers are working on it.

We've had good success with our SEO, using blog articles that WA writers have worked on. We compete in 5 product areas, each with a different set of competitors, and yet we are leading on all fronts with position ranking for our key product terms. That is in no small part to WA writers helping me to fill content/keyword gaps to create clusters of 15-20 pages around a large pillar page on each topic.

We are defining new terms and space in MarTech, writing about Visitor Relationship Management, and WA is helping us educate the market similarly to how Hubspot developed Inbound and Drift developed Conversational Marketing.

I've used WA to further marketing goals at 3 different organizations over the past 5 years.

  ### 6. Great pool of talent and support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark M. | P, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

The self-serve portal and ease of ordering. It's very easy to find and choose writers, add them to your team, and submit the briefs quickly.

The account managers and support staff are incredibly helpful and respond very quickly.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

There's really not much. Everything is pretty great. But if I had to pick something it'd be to make sure you communicate with the writers regarding cost per word and budget. Some have a very broad range and it can be confusing when budgeting.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have 3 writers for 3 different topics that I can trust to do a great job with minimal reviews and edits. I can do my thing (SEO and content research) and order and receive great content to support my websites in 5-7 days.

I can finally take a step back from the hands-on writing to being able to set a strategy and have my new team execute.

  ### 7. Your best Writer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benny V. | Benny, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

Easy to use and become a Freelancer Writer in a minute.
I can keep using my favorite writers for consistency.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

There is a platform fee in addition to paying by the word.
Variable per word writing costs may make budgeting harder.

**Recommendations to others considering WriterAccess:**

Go ahead if you want to write a good blogs

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can escalate any issues to a customer success specialist. And if i can’t find the type of expert writer I want with search, they can dive deeper and help find specific experts for me.

  ### 8. Writer Access-Is it worth your time or money? A full review

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2022

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

I find nothing I like about the site. None!

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

-Writers are not any better than people you can get on Fiverr. The quality of the writing is just awful.
-You have 7 days to approve/modify the article, and if you can 't use you have to pay for it anyway.
-They make it extremely difficult to cancel, i. It's borderline harassment really.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No benefits. Problem, I have to pay for an article I can't use. I wasted $100 for nothing. Wish I spent it writing the article myself.

  ### 9. My "secret" to expand into English content.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vitor P. | Co-Founder, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2022

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

Very simple onboarding, their support in finding talent, easy to use on a daily basis. We use them to create over 100 posts / month

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

It took a few tries to find a good team of writers, specifically because I need writers with SEO knowledge.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm keeping my blog post updated frequently without hiring a bunch of people, and my SEO traffic is growing.

  ### 10. Not a good experience

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

Nothing about this company is worth pursuing over hiring your own writers in house or seeking another content provider. You really can't trust this company because they choose not to do the right thing because they hide behind their 'company policies' which are theft. Imagine the opposite experience of Amazon or Apple, that's the experience Writer Access gives consumers.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

Treat your customers the way you want to be treated. There is no way of cancelling the service. You have to jump through hoops. Meanwhile, they will continue billing you and never return your money to you if you deposit funds.

We have since hired 3 writers in the house for much less and the quality of work is much much better.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Treat your customers the way you want to be treated

  ### 11. Terrible Service. I required webcopy and landing page content. The writers went OFF TOPIC!

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

Nothing. I contacted their support team and heard nothing back. Terrible

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

The format was supplied for each content item. Even the FAQ questions. An exact example of webpage structure was given.

I had two writers include different topics that were not related to the content they were instructed to produce.

I paid for the TOP level of writer, honestly, save yourself a lot of stress and do it yourself or go elsewhere.

Not worth it

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A complete refund. The content is useless

  ### 12. Writer Access gives us peace of mind when dealing with writers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

Writer Access provides access to already vetted writers and handles all the stressful elements from finding writers, providing briefs, tracking progress and handling quick and fair payments

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

The paywall is pretty steep and keeps many people out of making the jump and discovering this solution for themselves, but do yourself a favor if you need to hire and work with talent on a regular basis

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having access to vetted and quality writers and talent allows us to reduce the time spent on this aspect of our workflow and focus on growth and profit-generating tasks

  ### 13. Easy tool, great content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

- High-quality content
- Qualified freelancers

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

- I don't have anything to say.. WA helps scale my content production

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- WA helps my team to scale the content production

  ### 14. Awesome for SEO and Demand gen content!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

Quality of content is impressive, if you pick up the upper tiers. The platform has some great features for seo / demand generation content creation. I sourced lots of content from their network and It is solid.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

Interface could be easier/smoother to navigate. Feels a little clumky. But overall the product is very complete and does the job well.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sourcing creative talent
Getting quality content
SEO and demand generation.

  ### 15. Quality Writing Service - Highly Recommend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen D. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

In my 8 years of working for the web design and SEO industry, I've worked with several writing companies and WriterAccess has proven to provide the best experience, writing, and service out of all of them. The setup process was great - we spoke a few times on the phone and email as they were eager to understand what our needs and goals are so that they could structure their writers around our projects the way that we needed them to be. Other companies that I've worked with have essentially just taken the money and asked for little information to base their writing off on and would not assist us further if our clients had issues with the content provided. They've also been able to take on as much or as little work as we have for them and can adjust really quickly to fit the needs of our growth. The attention to detail given to our company and our clients is something that really stood out to me from day one of working with them - any time we have any questions, concerns, or issues they're eager to get in touch and discuss how we can further develop the writing instruction, procedures, and guidelines to make consistent improvements over time. None of the other companies that I had previously worked with seemed to give much thought into this at all and it's very refreshing knowing that we, essentially, have someone on "our side" that takes criticisms seriously and thoughtfully in a way to better our experience with them any time even the slightest issue arises. I would recommend WriterAccess to anyone needing professional writing services.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

My only criticism of WriterAccess is that, at times, some of their writers are clearly not up to par and don't write very well. That being said, if/whenever this happens, the writers are pulled off of our account so that we don't experience issues with them any further and they offer to have it rewritten quickly so that they can provide us with quality content.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

High volume content returned quickly. Quality content consistently provided. Outstanding customer service whenever any questions, issues, concerns, etc. arise - they're always very eager to resolve even the slightest concerns.

  ### 16. WriterAccess Makes Life Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kisha M. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

WriterAccess is user friendly and offers quality writers.

There is also a very large pool users can select from when searching for quality writers. You can use filters to search for 5-star writers or below. Additionally, you can filter which type of writer you are looking for such as strategists, editors, etc. Once you find multiple writers you like, you have the option to add them to your "love list." From this list, you will be able to easily select which writer to send outlines to. You are able to select just one person from the list or multiple people.

I also enjoy that WriterAccess offers users complete autonomy. After selecting writers, you are able to choose deadlines for writers ranging from next day to five days. Of course, the quicker the turnaround, the higher the fee. This is completely fair, because the content will be top tier. I have yet to send a submitted project back for revision. The writers are just that good! Furthermore, you have the option to manually approve deadline extensions as opposed to the system automatically approving them.

WriterAccess also makes it easier for users by offering the option to save your outline as a template. So when you are ready to submit another project, all you have to do is select "apply template," and all required fields will be auto-filled.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

The only downside I can think of is actually an upside. This "downside" is having SO many competent writers can cause users to become overwhelmed when first starting out. There are hundreds of writers, and it can take a while to search through all of them to find your favorites to add to your love list. Again, there are filters to help ease this issue. However, it can still be a bit overwhelming.

**Recommendations to others considering WriterAccess:**

I absolutely recommend WriterAccess to anyone who is looking for quality content with a quick turnaround. Instead of spending the money to hire a copywriting team, we will continue to use WriterAccess. The writers are always happy to take on new projects. No project is too big or too small for the writers available on this platform. My only regret is that we didn't hear about it sooner.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEO and content creating problems are being solved by WriterAccess. It is great to have someone on the outside looking in to provide a fresh take on content to attract more readers. The quick turnaround on quality content from writers is the number one benefit.

  ### 17. A good content service with native English writers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marty M. | Website owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

I'm happy with the content quality I'm getting. Like any other platform (and I've tried a bunch, along with supposedly "good" content agencies) you have to screen writers as not all will have the write approach or will fit your needs. However, once I did that I was able to assign my favorites sort of like "saving" them and add them to a team I can send writing assignments to.

That works pretty well. You can also adjust deadlines as needed in case things change. Additionally, I'm able to upload a basic Word document article outline for each order placed, so I'm not stuck with only using the online order entry boxes & options.

I'd say the fact that they're honestly American writers and native English speakers is the biggest thing I like. The end result has been a lot better than typical content you see from agencies that churn out a lot of content from non-native English writers.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

There's no simple way to pause auto-billing if you need to when not currently placing content orders. I had to contact Writer Access and request that.

**Recommendations to others considering WriterAccess:**

You can do pretty well with 4-star level writers if you don't need top-tier content. The results I got were good in that case. Also, I recommend creating content outlines for the best results when ordering articles.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. I had no luck in the past getting GOOD content because it wasn't written with typical western English words, phrases, and more. Using Writer Access has solved that.

2. I got good content for what I paid (about $.06/word). I'm not looking for the cheapest but instead legitimately good writing I can use with minimal editing and that follows my content guidelines.

  ### 18. My WriterAccess writers have become part of the team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric A. | Online Publisher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

I now have a couple of excellent writers through WriterAccess who can match my knowledge in my website niche. I'm scaling up without losing the quality my readers expect. Honestly, I can now give them an assignment as simple as "give me an article like the last one, except with this new focus," and it comes to my email in great shape. It's like magic!

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

Really, nothing so far. Of course, I tried out a larger number of writers to land on a couple who are an incredible match. I also have identified a couple other writers who do a fairly good job on projects when my main two writers are busy with my other assignments. Those secondary writers take more work on my end, but they are still valuable.

**Recommendations to others considering WriterAccess:**

If you need to add some flexible, skilled and creative people to your team on a part-time basis without all the hassle of hiring employees, WriterAccess could be a great option for you.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, I am scaling up my successful website faster than I could alone. I only see the rate of growth increasing as time goes on.

  ### 19. WriterAccess is my favourite way to find professional writers for content marketing projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon H. | Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

WriterAccess gives you access to a wide range of professional authors. The online dashboard enables you to easily find general or specialist writers. Content can be provided at short notice and there is scope to request revisions and make comments. The platform provides a view of each authors portfolio and previous reviews. I am very pleased with the content I have had back now from WriterAccess.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

I haven't got any issues with WriterAccess. It does what I expect it to do and more.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Writer Access enables me to find a wide range of professional authors to support my content marketing projects. I know if one writer is busy I can always find another to manage my workload and maintain delivery to customers. The vetting and reviews process within WriterAccess ensures each writer is experienced, reliable and produces quality content.

  ### 20. Great tool for agencies!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa M. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

WriterAccess has become part of our extended agency team, and the ease of use on the platform allows all of our team to monitor the process, from submission to completion.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

No comments here - we've built a team of writers in the platform, and the only unknown is the initial matchup. But we have not been disappointed.

**Recommendations to others considering WriterAccess:**

It is a very thorough service and platform, with a great wealth of writers. They offer varying levels of service, that can meet your needs if you require guidance, or if you prefer to be autonomous.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The writer bank for industry verticals has supported our in-house team where we could never have that depth of knowledge. The quicker turnaround times have helped shorten our timelines.

  ### 21. A huge help for consistent content!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

There are two things that I have enjoyed most about using WritersAccess. First is the recurring orders feature. This feature has helped me make sure that we have content coming our way every single week so we never miss creating new content for our audience. I also really like the variety of writers. It helps keep our content interesting! I also have to give a shout out to the incredible customer service. Lindsay is ALWAYS available to help me with anything from setting up project orders to finding me the perfect writer for a specific project.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

It hasn't happened often, but there has been a couple of writers who just didn't give much thought and hastily pumped out some mediocre content. However, both times it happened, WritersAccess helped me find someone else. Another improvement i'd like to see is some more writers experienced in my industry. It can be a bit of a challenge to find someone experience in exactly what our audience is looking for but collaboration with writers and providing them with sources has helped!

**Recommendations to others considering WriterAccess:**

If creating consistent content is important to you but you have the lack of time to create it, Writers Access is an amazing option!

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frees up time for our team to focus on other projects. It's great knowing our content productions is being taken care of and delivered when we need it! The creativity of the writers has also provided me with a lot of inspiration for our future content and marketing efforts!

  ### 22. A Great resource with a deep talent pool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio G. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

The variety for writers and to see what they specialize in and get samples right away. The ability to call on the team and writers' access to help in the search for writers is incredibly valuable.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

The fact that people can "accept" the work and then essentially change their minds with no notice.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a marketing agency owner, the need for writers and writing talent is constant. working with several different industries and niches complicates matters even further and find talent with specific expertise is important. The ability to have writer access helps me in finding that expertise and not leaving it to me and my searching alone is a great benefit.

  ### 23. Fantastic Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deena G. | Communications Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

The assistance from our rep is second to none. She has helped us find writers to fit our needs and is quick to answer all of my questions. The dashboard is also easy to use.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

I can't think of anything I really dislike. The downside is to be required to pay a monthly fee.

**Recommendations to others considering WriterAccess:**

Utilize your rep - they are there to assist you!

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using WriteAccess for blog posts to post to all of our apartment community websites. We aren't writers, so this has been very beneficial to us.

  ### 24. Extremely valuable partnership!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cathy A. | Inbound Marketing Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

The platform is easy to use, the responsiveness by WriterAccess if we have a question or need anything is top shelf. We produce a LOT of content and use them exclusively.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

The only thing I would change is that there is now way to get rid of the popup. It shows up on every page every time no matter how many times you x out of it. If I could have a way to move it out of the way or minimize it, it would be extremely helpful.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We produce a LOT of content across a wide range of industries. WA gives us the ability to do a casting call for writers that have expertise in the areas we need.

  ### 25. The Perfect Freelancer Site for Writers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

We love how WriterAccess is set up with freelancer writers and the companies that hired them in mind. It's easy to track the entire process of a project. And it feels good knowing WriterAccess vets their writers prior to them becoming members of the site; therefore, as a company that hires freelancers, we feel confident we are hiring competent writers.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

I dislike that they do not have an app. It would be very helpful to be an to do it on-the-go.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to hire multiple freelancers simultaneously.

  ### 26. WriterAccess Does a Fantastic Job

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2021

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

Nothing. There is nothing to like with writers access

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

Everything. They have absolute garbage writers that are highly overpriced and can't speak a lick of English. On top of that their customer support is atrocious. If you want to throw away money on content you can't use, by all means sign up.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content for client and affiliate sites. Too bad it's trash content

  ### 31. Great Service. Would Recommend

Some of the subscription tiers can be a little confusing but the staff are really helpful when it comes to breaking these down. Other than this it is a great service and would recommend.

**Recommendations to others considering WriterAccess:**

I would suggest being clear with what you are looking to achieve and contact the writer if you have questions.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The writers that they have available are really solid! You can easily identify the type of writers that would be a good fit for you as the samples are easy to find and profiles are very detailed. The option to proof and review the content and suggest edits is a really valuable tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2018

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

The platform enabled me to allocate a small percentage of B2B and B2C marketing content to contract writers with diverse levels and areas of subject matter expertise. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

The rating system is a bit misleading. This is simply due to a few reasons: 1) some writers were not as knowledgeable as they were advertised, 2) some writers do not conduct as much research as others, and 3) some writers were not communicative or organized at the beginning of projects.

**Recommendations to others considering WriterAccess:**

If you know what you need from a writer, and you know what to look for when evaluating a writer, this platform is perfect for you.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt L. | Growth Marketing Manager, Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

WriterAccess allows us to outsource some B2B marketing content with freelance writers of varying backgrounds and areas of subject matter expertise.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

Their starred rating system doesn't always correlate with quality of work turned in -- some writers may not do appropriate research even when provided sources in order to maximize their return on time spent.

**Recommendations to others considering WriterAccess:**

Focus on identifying the right, qualified writers for your industry.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're better able to scale our marketing efforts and focus on areas such as lead generation and marketing automation when we find the right writers to produce content in clients' industries. It's an efficient way for our customers to get more value out of retainer packages.

  ### 40. Hit or Miss

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2018

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

I enjoy how easy it is to get your order picked up by a writer.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

The quality of writing doesn't seem to actually match the star rating and seems to be hit or miss. Sometimes you are really impressed by the quality, and sometimes you have to send your order back several times for revisions, which can be quite frustrating when you have a deadline.

**Recommendations to others considering WriterAccess:**

Write clear instructions when you submit orders, otherwise your writers are going to write poor quality, generic content.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use WriterAccess to write content for client websites. I enjoy that we can give specific order instructions and the writers will follow them to the best of their ability.

  ### 41. Champion of Crowdsourced Content Writers

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

WriterAccess has continued to improve its services over the years to create a user-friendly environment while other crowdsourced content services fail to innovate.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

There are a variety of ways people need to source content and at times, I find the templates lacking or inflexible.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalability is paramount and WriterAccess allows this to happen.

**What do you like best about WriterAccess?**

It's very user friendly and obvious that they have a large task force behind them cranking out content so you get fairly fast returns. Strong writers are among them, you just have to pay more for them.

**What do you dislike about WriterAccess?**

The 3 star and below writers are likely not worth your investment. Go all in!

**Recommendations to others considering WriterAccess:**

You get what you pay for - if you want quality writing and reliable writers, be sure to go 4 stars or above.

**What problems is WriterAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For agency-like businesses where you need to crank out content for hundreds of clients, a service like this in invaluable. Good writing takes time and time = money.
